We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our incredible team. You will take on the challenge of selling to small- to mid-market businesses, while developing and cultivating new prospects across North America (primarily in the United States). You are passionate about what you do; where others see roadblocks, you see opportunity. CloudHawk is a growing team – your work will have a direct impact on the growth of the business.   

As a key member of our Sales team, you will:

  • Sell our technical solutions into various industry verticals to meet and exceed revenue objectives within the assigned territory
  • Make prospecting an integral part of your routine, ensuring that new prospects are being added to the sales funnel on an ongoing basis
  • Build and manage a quantifiable 12-month sales pipeline
  • Manage small- to mid-market solution sales with a 3-6-month sales cycle
  • Drive the entire sales process from start to finish, leveraging team resources at appropriate stages during the sales cycle
  • Take on an active role in the RFP process and assist in contract negotiations
  • Effectively use the CRM tool to manage customers and prospects
  • Attend and participate in sales meetings, product seminars, and tradeshows
  • Prepare written presentations, reports, and price quotations

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • 3-5 years of B2B software/hardware solution sales and a strong understanding of small- to mid-market software sales cycles
  • Proven success prospecting, building a pipeline, and moving opportunities through the sales cycle
  • The ability to craft creative solutions that meet customer business goals with the appropriate products and services
  • Experience liaising and negotiating with individuals at all levels of an organization, including C-Suite and other decision-makers
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills with the passion and drive to push deals across the finish line
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (10%)

Bonus points if you:

  • Have experience selling GPS tracking and/or Electronic Log (ELD) solutions or other technology products in the transportation logistics industry.
  • Are fluent in a second language
